जनहित याचिकाकर्ता को प्रताडित कर रही है झारखंड पुलिस
रांची, 23 नवंबर 2008: दो दशक से 40 ग्रामीण स्कूलों को पुलिस के कब्जे से मुक्त कराने के लिये हाईकोर्ट में जनहित याचिका दायर करने वाले पीयूसीएल के प्रदेश महासचिव को झारखंड पुलिस ने अपना निशाना बनाया है। हाईकोर्ट ने स्कूलों को खाली कराने के लिये 20 नवंबर की तारीख तय की थी। राज्य सरकार यह तो नहीं करवा सकी, उल्टे काउन्टर एफिडेविट दायर कर याचिकाकर्ता शशिभूषण पाठक को उग्रवादियों का हिमायती साबित करने की कोशिश में लग गई है। झारखंड पीयूसीएल ने आज एक प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेन्स करके सरकार के इस कृत्य की निंदा की है। ..more
